This is a temporary, 12-month opportunity.
What you'll be doing


You will focus on the strategic development and delivery of Brand and Content related initiatives, including support for enterprise-wide brand building programs, content marketing leveraging our advice offering and key content partnerships.

As the Manager, Brand & Content Marketing, you will work closely with consumer insights, content planning, marketing and business partners across the enterprise to support the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives in order to support key strategic pillars of the CIBC brand.


  • At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 13 days per week onsite, while other days will be remote._
How you'll succeed

  • Strategic & Creative Development lead the strategic planning as well as design and implementation, including the creative development, of brand and content marketing initiatives. Collaborating with your team, agencies, business partners and channel partners, you'll build successful campaigns that generate desired business results and impact. You will also be responsible for tracking results and conducting postcampaign learnings with key partners (agencies, business and channel partners) as well as managing overall budgets
  • Project Management plan and implement marketing communication initiatives for the CIBC brand, acting as a key point of contact for the assigned initiatives. You will manage the creative/content process in a large, multilevel matrix organization with several layers for approvals. You have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and maintain balance between the tactical focus on implementation and the strategic focus for new marketing opportunities.
