What you will do:

Understanding of export and import documentation including commercial invoices, bill of ladings, certificates of origin and other related / required documents for crossborder shipments.
Monitor potential issues with drivers; develop contingency plans to avert potential failures that could impact the customer's transaction
Ensure company and carrier compliance of customer product delivery policies and procedures
Monitor and liaise with customer operating departments (logistics, production, purchasing and customer service) to effectively service the customer's precise needs
Proactively resolve issues that impact drivers and customers

What you should have:

Minimum 23 years logistics experience in a fastpaced environment
Experience with Samsara and Electronic Logs
TransPlus Fleet Manager experience is an advantage
Strong understanding and/or exposure to TMStype systems would be a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
A strong detail orientation to ensure that all transactions and interactions are executed with great competence and efficiency
Excellent customer service, and analytical problemsolving skills
