Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect, assemble and test cartridges or subassemblies using approved assembly procedures.
- Able to follow all work instructions and procedures and record all production information as required
- Ability to use a computer to perform tests, download information or record test data.
- Ability to work with a microscope for extended periods of time
- Able to use and maintain hand tools and various types of equipment to assemble and test cartridges
- Good hand eye coordination, stable hands for delicate component assembly
- Comply with gowning protocols as required and maintain a clean, orderly and organized work area.
Education and Experience:
- Attention to detail
- Good communications skills (written and oral)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with Gas Chromatography (GC) Columns or microfluidics assembly a plus
- Experience in Electronic or Medical device assembly a plus
