The opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Lead and run multiple projects of varying complexity and size.
- Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets in consultation with partners.
- Develop project plans and run project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and partners.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and ensure followup on action items.
- Identify, handle and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure project artifact meet quality standards and match to project specifications.
- Handle project changes and ensure project scope is optimally run.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Engineering, IT) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Shown experience handling sophisticated projects, with solid track record to run multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and social skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
- Shown ability to influence and lead project teams to meet project objectives.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a matrix organization is an asset.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role in the primary location of Waterloo, Ontario is expected to be between $77,250.00 CAD - $139,050.00 CAD.
