Flynn Canada Ltd is hiring for a Glazing Coordinator This position will be based out of our
Calgary location, reporting to the
Architectural Operations Manager.

Day of the Life
- Work closely with Project Manager coordinating project schedules, materials, and equipment.
- Organize and coordinate submittals
- Reviewing and monitoring schedules and quality control
- Reviewing all contracts and accepted quotations
- Writing up Purchase Orders
- Preparing material order sheets, Reviewing quantity take offs
- Attending team meetings
- Assisting Production with preparing prices for extras or credits
What We Are Seeking
- Recent graduate of a Construction or Engineering & Technologies program or a related educational field, or have a minimum of 1 year work experience in a construction environment
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS office package, including MS Project
- Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD is an asset
- Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decisionmaking abilities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Strong blueprint reading skills
