TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Full time (weekdays)
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm
  • Possibility of teleworking 2 days/week

We are looking for a motivated and very customer service oriented individual to meet the needs of our customers in terms of after-sales service and grow with our company.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and manage the schedules of technicians and/or subcontractors
  • Make quotes and be responsible for invoicing support calls on site
  • Obtain and provide technicians with the information and documents necessary for the work to be performed
  • Assess and prioritize emergency situations
  • Following receipt of the visit reports, ensure that the information is transmitted and perform the data entry and updates of the projects
  • In collaboration with the technical directors, oversee the logistics of problematic projects related to aftersales service
  • Respond to various questions or requests (customers, inside sales representatives, technicians, warranty manager and/or parts department)

PROFIL SOUGHT

  • D.E.P. or DE.C. in building mechanics, an asset or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the HVAC industry or as a dispatcher in a similar sector
  • Resourceful and excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual, French and English (oral and written)
