The Regulatory Compliance Associate shall assist in maintaining the facility Regulatory program and participate in activities to meet production process and regulatory standards, working in an office and facility environment from our Ancaster, ON site.
YOU WILL:
- Ensure compliance with regulations set out by Health Canada and any other applicable regulatory agencies
- Assist in implementing the Regulatory Department's programs and projects

- Participate in external audits by performing Regulatory Support functions during inspections from Health Canada or any other regulatory body
- Actively participate in regulatory review of cannabis product labels and timely
- Assist with regulatory requirements associated with material transfers, import/exports, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Conduct record review, filling and data entry of various information for the purpose of maintaining accurate records
- Assist in all areas of the quality and regulatory program as required including record keeping, internal auditing, SOP writing, nonconformance investigations, training etc.
- Additional duties as requested from timetotime.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Must possess a degree/diploma in an applicable science. (Canadian University recognized equivalency assessment may be accepted)
- Minimum 1 year experience with GMP/GPP/GLP in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Food industry
- Knowledge of the Cannabis Regulation, Quality Management System, Change Control, and CAPA is required.
- Comfortable working with a team or independently
- Comfortable working in a deadlinedriven and fastpaced environment
- High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
