Position Overview:

Responsibilities

Generate weekly performance reports, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Develop process documentation and communicate workflow changes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and their impact on business objectives.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with industry policies and best practices to ensure compliance and deliverability.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
