The Role:
We are looking for a high performing Partnerships Manager to contribute to business development through key strategic partners in the group benefits space.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Partnerships and an experienced sales and marketing team to drive adoption of our innovative product in the group benefits space.
- Introduce the Pocketpills value proposition to prospective Advisor firms, Advisors, MGA's, TPA's, Insurers and employers across Canada
- Maintain and grow mutually beneficial relationships with current and new Pocketpills partners.
- Introduce new product capabilities to partners and ensure Pocketpills is meeting their client's needs.
- Obtain and share feedback with the greater Pocketpills team to guide service and innovation.
- Attend industry related trade shows and conferences to expand industry knowledge and connect with potential prospects.

- Hunter mindset: desire to uncover new opportunities and partnerships in order to meet monthly targets
- Strategic selling: ability to prioritize key partners and develop strategies for client expansion
- A keen interest and experience in embracing and promoting innovation and new technology.
- Superior oral and written communication skills (French is an asset).
- Excellent presentation skills inspiring engagement and a call to action from your audience
- Highly motivated and able to work and thrive independently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong critical thinking and analytical mindset to review claims history and recommend solutions for advisors and clients.
Background & Experience:
- University Degree or College Diploma in a related field, such as Business, Marketing or Health Science.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in fullcycle SaaS sales and/or Account Management (experience in the group benefits industry preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing and maintaining strong client relationships to support retention.
- Industry designations such as GBA, CEBS an asset
