Team Description:

The team you would be joining is a compact team with broad range of skills.

It is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting products and data API products and developing next generation event and data steaming platform.


Job Summary:


As the Product Manager for our Data Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy that supports iQmetrix's business objectives, while also ensuring that the iQmetrix's data assets are secure, compliant, and accessible.


Responsibilities:


  • Discover customer and market problems related to data products and data integration products through user research, customer feedback, and market analysis
  • Validate problem hypotheses through experiments, usability testing, and other validation methods to ensure iQmetrix is solving the right problems
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to develop solutions that meet customer needs and align with iQmetrix's strategic goals
  • Prioritize data initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Ensure data quality by establishing data standards, monitoring data quality metrics, and implementing data validation processes
  • Manage data governance and compliance, including data privacy and security, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Define and manage key performance metrics for data initiatives and report progress to leadership
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data technology and tools and incorporate these into iQmetrix's data strategy

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years experience in product management or related role, with a focus on data strategy and management in an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data management tools and technologies, such as data warehouses, ETL tools, and data visualization platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Experience in the retail industry is preferred but not necessary
