- Manage a portfolio of clients with capital accumulation plans
- Build and maintain excellent relations with clients
- Participate in client meetings
- Provide assistance to clients on plan administration issues related to their record keeper
- Offer governance support
- Execute scope of work deliverables as require
- Provide project support work to the team
- Lead special investment projects, as required
- Collaborate with resources in other departments
- Present materials to pension committees
- Five years or more of pension industry experience
- Experience speaking to plan members and or plan sponsors
- Demonstrated knowledge of the group investment and/or group retirement space
- Postsecondary education
- Knowledge of pension legislation and industry guidelines
- Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingualism
- CFA or Actuarial qualification, or a good track record in examinations
- Plan administration
- Life license
- Advanced MS Excel skills
