Description

We are a growing Landscape maintenance and snow removal company servicing primarily commercial properties in London Ontario.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Crew Leader to add to our team

As a Crew Leader, you will supervise a crew of 2-4 members as you maintain commercial properties around London.

You will be responsible for maintaining landscapes by completing site specific tasks such as mowing, pruning, trimming, edging, weeding garden beds and collecting debris.

In the fall months, tasks may change to debris collection, preparing gardens for winter and collecting leaves.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct daily vehicle checks to maintain safe working order of Fleet Vehicle and trailer

- ensure crew members are carrying out duties in a safe manner

Load and unload tools, and equipment required to complete daily tasks

- complete daily tasks using equipment provided

Daily tasks will include trimming, edging, using a blower, cutting the grass, weeding garden beds, collecting debris, leaf collections
Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
