The Role


We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator or Manager to become a key player of our Press'd team at the head office in Edmonton, Alberta.


As the right hand to our CEO/Co-Founder, you'll play a crucial role in executing and enhancing the brand's marketing strategies and supporting our franchise partners.

In this role, you'll team up with creative minds in graphic design, photography, and marketing strategy to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation and Management of Marketing Campaigns:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage Press'd brand accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content and foster community engagement.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Coordinate influencer marketing programs, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility in regional markets.

Coordinating Shoots:

  • Coordinate all photo and video shoots for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.

Loyalty Program Oversight:

  • Oversee the launch and growth of the new loyalty program.
  • Ensure a highquality customer experience on the loyalty platform.

Website Maintenance:

  • Update and maintain the Press'd website to reflect current campaigns, promotions and information.

Google Business Profile:

  • Manage and update the Google business profile, capitalizing on new opportunities for visibility.

Reputation Management and Customer Service:

  • Monitor customer reviews on sites such as Google, Trip Advisor, Yelp, and Facebook, identifying opportunities for improvement, flagging comments that require a response, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

PR Opportunities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies, such as media coverage, press releases, awards and recognition, etc.

Supplier, Contractor and Partner Communication:

  • Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and partners as needed for marketing initiatives.

Franchise Support:

  • Provide franchise partners with marketing materials and support.
  • Assist in implementing brandwide marketing strategies at the franchise level.

Requirements:


  • Completion of a degree or marketing program
  • Minimum 35 years experience in the marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a desire to collaborate for success.
  • Excited to grow and learn with a fastgrowing restaurant franchise group.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, including Meta Ads.
  • Experience managing social media for a business.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools and metrics.
  • Comfort using design tools such as Canva to create marketing materials, using provided brand guidelines, templates, and assets.
  • Creative and detailoriented, with an eye for design.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of the food industry and franchise operations.
  • Familiarity with additional design and marketing tools, beyond those specified.
  • Understanding of public relations and experience in identifying and managing PR opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of coordinating influencer marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM campaign management and optimization.
