Job Title:
Community Support Worker - Weekend Days/Evenings

Saturday and Sunday up to 12 hours each day

Terms of Employment:
Saturdays and Sundays

Various Day Shifts anywhere between 7am11pm

Location:
Edmonton - both north and south side

Commitment:
One Year Required

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with daily living routines including personal care
Dealing effectively with behaviors
Light housekeeping and simple meal preparations
Working as part of a residential team
Maintaining appropriate documentations and records
Involving the client in community outings and activities

Qualifications

Experience working with people with disabilities _
required_
Experience working with challenging behaviors _
an asset_
Experience working with personal care _
required_

Must_have a clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check & two work related references

Must_ have a minimum of Emergency First Aid with CPR level A
- _
Must _be willing to complete 2 1/2 days of Pre-Employment Training
