We're looking for a client-focused and enthusiastic person as we continue to grow our presence across Canada.

As the Regional Manager of Solutions & Sales, you'll work closely with the Director of Solutions & Sales to maintain and grow existing clients' accounts while developing new business.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsibilities

  • Manages and builds on existing client relationships, addressing client needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Prospects and engages with new enterpriselevel & agency partners alike, with a focus on building longterm relationships
  • Presents our services, campaign proposals and postcampaign reports to clients and prospective clients
  • Works with our teams across Canada in the development of client campaign strategies with client goals in mind, sharing best practices and learning from other Managers
  • Increases our presence and reputation within the business community

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 510 years of experience in business development
  • Excellent time management, project management and strong communication skills
  • Ability and enjoyment in learning and adapting quickly in a dynamic organization

  • Base salary: $70,000, with total variable compensation up to $120,000 annually
