Copperleaf's enterprise software helps some of the world's largest energy firms make better strategic decisions.

We are looking for a Consultant to join our Customer Experience team in Canada to deliver quality software implementations tailored to each client.

This is a hands-on role working directly with our customers on site, you will have consultancy experience ideally in projects related to either engineering, analytics, or software development.

You'll be helping some of the world's largest companies make better decision by managing innovative projects, configuring new technologies, analyzing data and building benefit and risk models.

Your role will be based between your home and client sites in the Americas (US, Canada, Latin America). Your schedule and home location are flexible – balance your time to suit you
Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $80,000 to $110,000 CAD annually + bonus and incentives.

As part of our compensation package permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our company bonus program and equity offerings, subject to eligibility requirements.

Working collaboratively with customers and partners at customer sites across the Americas.

Owning the end to end process with our clients from scoping out requirements, system customization, integration and user training.

You have customer facing consulting skills – you're able to influence, advise, mediate and control scope.

You know how to drive the efforts of internal & external teams to consistently achieve project landmarks over a 3 month to year software implementation.

You have experience with software deployment technologies, networks and databases.
Your technical skills are matched with an understanding of business processes.

You're numerate with strong analytical skills and knowledge of operational research techniques such as simulation, optimisation, failure rate modelling, cost benefit analysis.

You have a technical degree in Engineering or similar related subject.

You enjoy the consulting lifestyle – flying often, working in different cities, meeting new people, working with large organizations, able to respond to a multitude of challenges that makes a difference daily.

Verbal and written fluency in English required.
Spanish and/or French proficiency desired.
