Position Summary
What You Will Do:
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and sales metrics
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and consultants for project progress updates
- Perform administrative duties
- Prepare and coordinate invoices for approval
- Receive and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare and review product proposals and quotations
- Maintain filing system and ensure compliance with salerelated notice requirements
- Provide a high level of customer service for all new home owners
- Maintain, organize, and complete supply orders for presentation centers
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment to deliver highquality work
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Dedication and motivation to deliver high standards of client service
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, & CRM software
