Operations Manager
Our client partners with the public sector in using technology to transform transportation for everyone.

Built by former Tesla and Uber executives and engineers, our client provides cutting-edge transit solutions that efficiently meet the needs of modern cities.

As an operations manager, you'll own city-specific business outcomes and ensure the success of the day-to-day management of our deployments.

What You'll Do:

Responsible for the daytoday business and the owner for key operational figures for Company's deployment
Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and an unbelievable customer experience as the point of contact for our partners
Oversee operations in person during the start of service to ensure we are meeting service standards
Prioritize operational issues as the realtime point of contact and implement creative solutions to solve problems as they arise

Who You Are:

4+ years of working experience in a dynamic startup, corporate or professional services environment in a general or operations management role
Entrepreneurial and a proactive problem solver; you don't accept no and are always looking for creative solutions
A driven executor with a track record of end to end ownership of a book of business, and a history of hitting KPIs and revenue goals
Excellent communicator with the ability to adjust to a variety of stakeholders
Meticulous and vigilant, with a high level of attention to detail
Experience in mobility and transit is a plus
Based in the GTA and able to travel
