QUALIFICATIONS

  • Rsponsible for leading and providing product and service expertise during all the coordination and project management activities associated on client accounts that have been assigned on an individual basis or as part of a team.
  • As a Client Production Specialist, you have the responsibility to independently manage all customer facing and production related activities to ensure that we deliver products and services that meet or clients expectations.
  • Work with the support of representatives and production.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure that these translate into precise production specifications.
  • You are considered an expert in the products and services delivered by your factory for the sector of activity in which you operate.
  • Represent the DCM brand in a professional manner and carry out the tasks that have been defined by the client.
  • Responsible for adhering to the policies and procedures established by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems in order to get results for customers
  • Coordinates actions with client, sales and other DCM's departments such as warehouse, plants and operations
  • Handling new, change and exact repeat order activities, including pricing
  • Interfacing with external customers providing proofs, approvals, information, order status, etc.
  • Liaison with plants, warehouse, sales support team to ensure service level agreements are met/exceeded
  • Expediting and following up on orders, releases and other customer requirements
  • Direct contact with internal and external customers
  • Perform other tasks and functions as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required, with postsecondary education in business preferred
years experience in forms industry in a similar role or account coordinator role

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to manage your time
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
  • Strong PC skills
  • Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written
