About the team you are joining

You will report to the Manager Settlement Operations, and you will be responsible for handling Enhancement and Financing (E&F) disputes and supporting Robotic Process Automations (RPAs).

What your day would be like

You will be managing all matters regarding disputes for E&F which include investigating the billing history on SAP, existing correspondences in Salesforce as well as the disputes themselves on IATA's platforms APPS and SIS.

You will also be assisting internal stakeholders by supporting RPAs implementation.

Manage disputes.
Investigate invoice history/details IATA's platforms (APPS & SIS) and SAP
Support RPAs implementation.
Resolve Salesforce cases.
Coordinate with External and Internal Stakeholders (Salesforce/Jira/Outlook)
Mapping of new Operators in Salesforce and APPS
Manage adhoc tasks
Backup Team members on leave

We would love to hear from you if

University Degree in Finance, Accounting or in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Excellent PC skills, particularly with MS Excel, and PowerBI.
Knowledge of Automation Anywhere, UiPath or any RPA software is a strong asset.
Fully proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills; any additional language will be an asset.
