About This Opportunity:


We are looking for a Business Analyst to partner with our peers throughout the business to ensure we build systems that can help drive the success of all teams and scale as we grow.

The role will be a part of the Business Application Systems team reporting to the Solution Manager, ideally located in the Toronto area.

You will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects supporting Sales, Marketing, and CX. You will need to effectively communicate and proactively support our worldwide Docebo team. Knowledge and experience of Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach and other satellite systems experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities:


  • Work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements, by scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements.
  • Mapping business needs and requirements to systems requirements.
  • Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing, and launching our CRM solution.
  • Understand business requirements and Identify product requirements for future enhancements.
  • Determine which of the software's capabilities aligns best with a company's sales and marketing objectives.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency, and break down highlevel information into details.
  • Work with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into design and implementation.
  • Documenting requirements for and leading user acceptance testing
  • Ability to map out business processes into requirements.
  • Drive best business practices for CRM implementations
  • Postsolution development, liaising with the stakeholders and gaining their approval
  • Communicate with and build stakeholder confidence, while maintaining a highlevel of customer experience
  • Help build our library of documentation through the research and creation of critical systems documentation

Requirements:


  • At least 25 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests and interfacing with business users
  • Deep functional knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce, MS CRM dynamics, Oracle Siebel)
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing tools (Outreach, Zoominfo, Hubspot)
  • Experience with CX and Support tools a plus (Zendesk, Zapier)
  • Able to drive a project from conception to completion
  • You exhibit an enthusiastic, cando spirit and approach your work with curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset in a fastpaced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
  • You have a demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal growth and development
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to translate business terminology into system requirements

Nice to have:


  • Working experience with Salesforce sales, CPQ is a plus (Product rules, pricing rules, block pricing, list price)
