Duties
- Book and manage travel and accommodations for employees
- Manage vehicle fleet (registration, insurance, keys, maintenance, etc.)
- Tend to multiline phone system
- Assist with expense tracking
- File reports and documents
- Send and receive deliveries
- Order blueprints/drawings
- Assist with event planning
- Other duties as required
Skills and Abilities
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and multitask
- Thorough and detailorientated
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Strong computer skills/aptitude, especially Microsoft Office
- Proactive selfstarter with excellent time management skills
- Able to work with mínimal to no supervision
- Proficient in written & oral business English
- Typing speed of 50 wpm
Qualifications
- Two years' experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of general office practices
- A background in the mechanical/construction industry is considered an asset
