Key Responsibilities of the Role:


  • Providing service of food and beverages to guests and ensuring satisfaction
  • Serving guests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Upselling and providing the ultimate guest experience
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Supporting other service team members

Requirements:


  • Serving It Right Certificate required
  • Experience serving in a highvolume casual environment
  • Possess excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Personable, friendly and outgoing
  • High energy and strong work ethic
