About the role:


Here's where you come in:


  • Leverage Channel experience to support Field requirements


  • Call Quality assurance

  • Listen to calls and ensure adherence to vendor requirements.
  • Detailoriented and adhoc reporting/tasks as required
  • Work with Regional Manager to streamline reporting & processes
  • Ensure data integrity by investigating anomalies in reported numbers from various sources throughout the organization. This includes working with the team to understand any system issues or changes, as well as investigating templates and adjustments
  • Offer compliance, escalations, and operational audits
  • Provide additional support as required by the business

Who we're looking for:


  • Experience preferably in the call centre operations environment with familiarity with call centre sales and quality metrics
  • Ability to learn new IT & telephony
  • Knowledge of SalesForce CRM is an asset, as well as familiarity with Vonage or other telephony systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skills
  • Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment
  • Selfmotivated team player with strong work ethicand attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Tools
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines & handle changing priorities
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
