Students will be given the opportunity to cultivate their skills and knowledge by being paired with experienced employees who will provide feedback during the work term.

They will have the opportunity to broaden their knowledge and experience before choosing a career specialization.

Our program is designed to identify and develop potential full-time employees.


Internal Audit and Evaluation:

Students will have the opportunity to participate in Internal Audit and/or Evaluation engagements.

Activities you may be involved in (but not necessarily limited to) include:


  • Collecting, analyzing and assessing relevant information/data
  • Supporting the development of data collection tools, assisting with interviews and compiling notes.
  • Assisting with the drafting of memos, findings and reports
  • Contributing to the review of draft documents and Branch products.

Education:

Registered full time in a College Diploma, Undergraduate or Graduate degree programs including but not limited to:

  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Business Administration/Public Administration
  • Commerce
  • Economics
  • Sociology
  • Psychology


Appliants must be registered as a full-time, post-secondary student in an accredited academic institution recognized in Canada during their work term.

Special consideration may be given to those enrolled in an accredited co-op/internship program.


Experience:

Experience may have been acquired through formal and informal settings (e.g. school, volunteer work experience or projects).

  • Recent experience in analyzing qualitative and/or quantitative data.
  • Recent experience using Excel or other statistical analysis tools.
  • Recent experience writing reports and/or drafting presentations.

While we continue to explore opportunities for flexible work arrangements, the majority of work in our organization must be done in the office and cannot be performed at home.
