ROLE SUMMARY:
Right To Play is looking for an individual passionate about all things Digital Marketing, with a particular
interest in marketing and communications in the non-profit sector. This role reports to the Digital
Marketing Manager and will support our international work across 20 countries. The role will cover a wide
array of digital marketing areas, with a particular focus on search engine optimization (SEO) and website
management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
#1:
Improve Website Search Engine Optimization (35% of Time):
- Improve webpage searchability using new and existing SEO tools
- Support on improving web images database for both search and accessibility
- Monitor for content that is out of date and propose changes
#2:
Support with Social Media and Content Creation (35% of Time):
- Develop ideas and creative new strategies for improving engagement
- Support in the design and execution of social media and other digital marketing assets
- Support in improving accessibility across social media channels, including alttext
- Help monitor social media activities on internal and external channels
- Monitor for industry or sector trends and contribute toward strategic decisions

Provide Additional Website and Analytics Support (20% of Time):
- Support in webpage creation and updating
- Assist in analytics reporting and analysis
#4:
Other Tasks as Assigned (10% of Time)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING (ESSENTIAL):
EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION:
- Postsecondary studies in Marketing with a focus on Digital Marketing
EXPERIENCE:
Street and Courier Address:43 Front St E, Unit 200, Toronto, ON M5E 1B- Website management, ideally with experience using Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience managing social media platforms, preferably for an organization/brand
COMPETENCIES/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Selfstarter eager to learn
- Collaborative and a team player
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
LANGUAGES:
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Additional languages an asset
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (An Asset)
- Experience in digital accessibility, with knowledge of AODA or regional equivalent
- Graphic design (knowledge of Canva an additional asset)
- Video editing
- Understanding of the nonprofit/education/international development sectors
