You, as Business Development Coordinator, will:

Manage and maintain the CRM system including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security in collaboration with Tech EllisDon PM and CRM systems integrator technical team.
Work with IST BD teams to make sure CRM includes up to date data to ensure accurate records of customer information.
Develop training materials for new CRM users on the team.
Conduct market research and regular monitoring of bidding platforms to identify fruitful opportunities for the division
Coordinate the development of technical bidding proposals in various formats for an array of Services' needs including several teams under the EllisDon infrastructure Services and Technology division.
Develop Marketing content & materials: presentations, proposals, swag selection and the needed logistics for in person and virtual events engagements.
Other duties as assigned to successfully land new leads in the market.

Is this the right role for you?:

Minimum two (2) years of related experience in software, business development and/or project management.
Undergraduate in IT, Business, and/or AEC industry.
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, and able to build strong relationships with internal team / external partner members, right across the spectrum of seniority;
Strong writing skills;
Appetite for problem solving
Presentation skills and/or graphic design skills are a plus.
