Job Summary:


As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including Recruitment, Labour Relations, Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, Policy Development, and more.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Post new positions on websites and job boards.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain database with new hire information.
  • Assist in developing training material and onboarding plans.
  • Support management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Maintain payroll data and monitor leaves.
  • Support health and safety program and training records.
  • Handle HR document scanning, copying, and filing.
  • Perform adhoc HR tasks.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Graduate from an accredited undergraduate program with a focus on HR Management.
  • Experience in HR functions considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Previous office experience preferred.
