Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including Recruitment, Labour Relations, Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, Policy Development, and more.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Post new positions on websites and job boards.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain database with new hire information.
- Assist in developing training material and onboarding plans.
- Support management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Maintain payroll data and monitor leaves.
- Support health and safety program and training records.
- Handle HR document scanning, copying, and filing.
- Perform adhoc HR tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Graduate from an accredited undergraduate program with a focus on HR Management.
- Experience in HR functions considered an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Previous office experience preferred.
