Operate Ditch witch/Vermeer in a safe and professional manner

Comply with company policies and procedures, health and safety procedures, department of transportation and hazardous materials/waste requirements regulations
Complete and maintain all required paperwork and documentation properly within set timelines; includes (but not limited to) daily logs, trip reports, and time sheets
Follow all local, provincial, and federal compliance regulations and rules
Perform pre and post trip inspections
Perform general housekeeping to ensure units are operating properly and report any inefficiency to supervisor
Observe all company environmental health and safety guidelines
Be able to read drawing and locates to understand the job.
Be familiar with Digi Trak Locating systems.
Mechanically inclined.
Be able to drive equipment to and from site safely

Qualifications:

-
Valid Class 5 or 3 drivers license with a clean commercial driver abstract is a bonus, but must have valid drivers license

Obtained safety tickets including (but not limited to) First Aid/CPR, CSTS, Ground Disturbance would be considered an asset

Experience is valued/asset but willing to train the right individual
