Description

GFL Environmental is looking for an Audit Coordinator to perform all audits of recyclable material to ensure our contractual obligations are adhered to.

This position requires managing the audit schedule required City of Winnipeg, Circular Materials (Kenora and Thunder Bay) and the Winnipeg MRF.

Ensure job tasks and audits are completed safely and in a timely manner.

This position will be based out of our Winnipeg location.


Key Responsibilities:


Compilation of all audit data, ensuring it is provided to applicable MRF managers, contract manager(s) and other managers as required.

Communicate with Supervisors and Managers any audit disputes arising from any of contracts.
Ensure audits are conducted in a uniform fashion according to contracts and/or market specifications.

Schedule requested audits from the sales teams, operations managers, and other municipalities upon immediate request, with approval from Departmental Manager.

Enter audit data and perform audit analysis as directed.
Internal data management of all audit documentation, including data reconciliation between third party audits and municipalities.
Update inbound composition spreadsheets daily and document materials found in audits.
Catalog numerous photographs of waste audits. Must be proficient at Microsoft Office tools.
Assist Department when necessary to cover absenteeism & vacation.
Communicate with administrative, plant and supervisory staff as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Provide and/or participate in training as required.
Comply with company rules, policies, and procedures.
