Vickar Community Chevrolet has an immediate opening for a Service Department CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST to join our high-performance team They will play a crucial role in the customer experience providing knowledgeable communications, as well as maximizing service sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Be available to respond to all such leads/inquiries within 20 minutes of the inquiry in a professional, wellspoken, knowledgeable manner.
  • Bring in a minimum volume of customers from the leads/inquiries based on goals and objectives defined by management. (No cold calling, existing customer leads.)
  • Be knowledgeable of service options, packages, specials to properly present to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working with technology
  • Prior retail or phone sales/service an asset
