Admissions Auditor

Position Summary:


Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain academic files and database records on behalf of prospective students in compliance with the requirements of our accrediting bodies
  • Process incoming high school and college transcripts
  • Submit college transcripts for transfer review to the Registrar
  • Track academic placement testing on behalf of the Admissions department
  • Prepare and distribute the required documentation for the Admissions Committee's review and update the results once their feedback has been received
  • Generate admissions letters to incoming students such as Offer Letters and Letters of Acceptance
  • Ensure digital student files are maintained and conduct the final audit of admission files by given deadlines
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Knowledge:
  • High School diploma with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in an auditing, data entry or administrative role
  • Previous experience working in an admissions or student recruitment environment would be an asset
  • Experience in Higher Education would be an asset
  • Skills:
  • MS Office skills including Excel and comfortable utilizing a variety of IT systems including, but not limited to, an intranet, databases, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problemsolving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Detailedoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Effective team and partnering skills
