Description

International ASET is searching for a talented and motivated Public Relation and Event Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa and to do the administrative work to organize outstanding and unforgettable events.

You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as inviting people, approving the registrations, developing the related programs, and evaluating success afterward.

As an administrative officer, you should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of communication and event management administration. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role.


Requirements:


  • At least one year experience as an public relation officer or event coordinator.
  • Wellorganized with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding management skills.
  • Degree in public relation or event planning management are preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • ORLÉANS, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
