What you will do:


Under the general direction of the Associate Dean of Business Development & Program Optimization, the Manager of Corporate Partnerships & Communications CPL oversees CPL's outbound and inbound marketing and communications, which include client relationship management and logístical support.

This role supports and expands upon the established CPL training offerings and pursues opportunities for future offerings.

The role works collaboratively within CPL to support the following:


  • Providing expertise and leadership in CPL's marketing, communication, and branding activities, creating a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Mapping the B2B and B2C customer journeys, identifying and implementing enhancements for capturing new and retaining existing customers, and boosting sales and revenue.
  • Configuring and leveraging the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), registration system and website to gain insights into customer needs, interests, preferences and behaviours.
  • Identifying target markets, enhancing customer service, managing relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, increasing lead conversion by guiding customers through the buying process, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Development and implementation of best marketing practices, processes, procedures, and tools to support the CPL portfolio.
  • Developing strategies and tactics to enhance the visibility and reputation of CPL, driving qualified traffic and inbound sales.
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Identifying and testing various organic and paid acquisition channels to maximize ROI and boost leads, reporting on impact and effectiveness.
  • Prospecting new business and identifying new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Leading web development activities, ensuring search engine optimization, web analytics, integration with the CRM and registration system, increased traffic and conversion, and intuitive, userfriendly design.
  • Assuming ownership of the CPL brand by developing, building, elevating, refining, and maintaining the Humber CPL brand, ensuring consistency.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and supporting training execution as required.

What you bring to the role:


Education:


Experience/Skills:


  • Minimum five (5) years of related marketing experience and business development/sales experience with or in a postsecondary education environment with a demonstrated ability to improve client business results through learning and development solutions.
  • Experience with and understanding of industry training needs and postsecondary education is strongly preferred.
  • Superior problemsolving and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong ability to work independently.
  • Understanding college business processes, especially continuous professional learning, adult learning, and corporate training, is an asset.
  • Computer Literacy essential, including familiarity with Destiny One, CRM, Sharepoint based database
