This post is for 18 month contractual position. Working 40 hours a week.

Primarily assisting the Purchasing Director in the following:

prepare and review inventory requirements

- prepare purchase orders
- monitor and schedule shipments with freight forwarders
- prepare month end inventory reports
- prepare and report once a year to Multi-material recycling
- monitor, record and allocate pallets with CHEP
- communicate and coordinate with import vendors and brokerage
- obtain and record shipping documents
- prepare CFIA compliance requirements and reviewing labelling requirement
- record and review Food Safety Document requirement

Must be familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and basic photo editing.

Have good communication skills.

Salary:
From $ $20.00 per hour
