Your role
Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Intern

In this role, you'll join our team of diverse Talent Acquisition professionals working in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will also get the unique opportunity to learn more about full-cycle recruitment processes and best-in-class sourcing techniques

The ideal person for this role will be someone who is eager and passionate about beginning a thriving career in recruitment

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to coordinate new hire onboarding processes and act as the liaison between incoming new hires and internal departments to help create a smooth onboarding experience
Manage the employee referral process
Liaise with third party services to manage background checks
Verify weekly new hire list and prepare onboarding plans

Qualifications:

Third or forth year student pursuing a Bachelors or Diploma program in Business Administration, Commerce or Human Resources program
A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with local and regional teams
Have a willingness to learn and be selfmotivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
Bilingual skills would be a strong asset
Previous experience working with a fast paced environment considered an asset
