We are seeking a skilled and passionate Specialized Gluten-Free Baker to join our bakery team.

As a Specialized Gluten-Free Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality gluten-free baked goods that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers.

Your expertise in gluten-free baking techniques, knowledge of alternative ingredients, and attention to detail will play a crucial role in providing exceptional gluten-free products.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and adapt recipes for a variety of glutenfree baked goods, including bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, and more. Ensure that all recipes maintain the desired taste, texture, and appearance while adhering to glutenfree guidelines.
  • Identify and source highquality glutenfree ingredients, including alternative flours, binders, and additives, to ensure the production of excellent glutenfree products. Collaborate with suppliers to maintain a consistent supply of glutenfree ingredients.
  • Execute the baking process from start to finish, including measuring, mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking glutenfree doughs. Follow established production schedules to meet daily baking requirements while maintaining product consistency and quality.
  • Maintain high standards of quality by conducting regular taste tests, inspections, and sensory evaluations to ensure that all glutenfree products meet our bakery's standards. Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient measurements for optimal results.
  • Adhere to strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols in the baking area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Keep workstations, equipment, utensils, and surfaces clean and sanitized at all times.
  • Work closely with other members of the bakery team, including chefs, pastry chefs, and assistants, to ensure smooth operations and efficient production. Communicate effectively to share insights, suggest improvements, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering guidance and answering customer inquiries regarding glutenfree products. Share knowledge about glutenfree baking, ingredients, and health considerations to create a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Gluten-Free Baker or relevant role in a professional bakery environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of glutenfree baking techniques, alternative flours, binders, and ingredients.
  • Familiarity with dietary restrictions and health considerations related to glutenfree baking.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet production deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative flair and attention to detail for recipe development and presentation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and interact with customers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in glutenfree baking.
