POSITION:
Landfill Equipment Operator (Comp. #

LOCATION:
Public Works Department - Waste Management Facility, Salford

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Permanent Full-Time (Monday - Saturday (40 hrs/wk) (required to work every other Saturday. When working a Saturday you will be off on one weekday that week)

REPORTING TO:
Waste Management Foreman

UNION AFFILIATION:

WAGE RATE:
$28.32/hr

***: Operates various pieces of equipment used in the day-to-day operation of the sanitary landfill site, including manual labour tasks, and performs other duties as assigned by the Waste Management Foreman.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade 10 or equivalent experience.
Valid class G driver's license required.
Three years' construction/ equipment operator experience or equivalent is required.
Ability to perform physical work such as lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying.
