Administrative Assistant PART TIME (25 hours a week, flexible schedule to be negotiated) We are looking for someone who is organized, customer service orientated, and has a great positive can do attitude

Responsibilities:


  • Post direct deposit payments
  • Help with general administrative duties including, but not limited too
  • Balance daily sales and prepare bank deposits
  • Customer invoicing
  • Organize and file all paperwork
  • Invoice Scanning into electronic filing system
  • Verify pricing of new inventory in the system
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and forward them to the appropriate personnel
  • Collaborate with the store administrators to complete duties as assigned
  • Help support Sales team with marketing projects

Qualifications

  • Reliable and selfmotivated
  • Business accounting/bookkeeping diploma/certificate or equivalent experience, is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with Team Members
  • Strong computer skills is a requirement
