What YOU Will Do


The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive professional administrative support, including scheduling and administration for assigned senior leaders, and manages a variety of assignments and confidential tasks.


  • Provide full administrative support to assigned senior leaders (ie. meeting minutes, and other communications);
  • Manage daily calendars including scheduling of meetings, appointments and booking all travel arrangements (local, national and international when applicable);
  • Assist in preparing confidential documents and presentations;
  • Management of office services and approval of associated invoices;
  • Follow up and act as a liaison with various individuals both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization including senior executives and executive assistants;
  • Screen, prioritize and determine actions for incoming inquiries;
  • Support the administration department for training needs and daily tasks;
  • Manage database of key clients and contacts through CMIC (ie, for newsletters and other mailings).

What YOU Will Bring

  • 5+ years' administrative experience;
  • A College Diploma in the field of Office Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience;
  • Keen sense of confidentiality and discretion;
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask;
