Position:
Production Coordinator, The Good Stuff, with Mary Berg

Location: 299 Queen St West, Toronto

Salary:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required

Responsibilities:

Put together prizing and distribute it to the audience daily
Effort giveaways for segments even if there are no scheduled giveaways
Build external relationships by attending events/launches with the goal of getting giveaways for the show
Help build production schedules, securing locations for field shoots, and props for in studio segments
Learn the role of the post production coordinator to backfill as needed
Support with food photography
Supporting the fashion producers by arranging couriers for stylists for clothing pulls and returns
Collecting/dropping off packages from shipping for pulls and returns
Detag and retag wardrobe for use during taping
Helping to tape shoes for model segments
Finding clothing/accessories links for outfits
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of production experience
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Postsecondary degree in TV production
Strong editorial sensibility and research skills
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Must be able to work on a tight deadline
