Position:
Production Coordinator, The Good Stuff, with Mary Berg

Location: 299 Queen St West, Toronto

Salary:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required


Responsibilities:


  • Put together prizing and distribute it to the audience daily
  • Effort giveaways for segments even if there are no scheduled giveaways
  • Build external relationships by attending events/launches with the goal of getting giveaways for the show
  • Help build production schedules, securing locations for field shoots, and props for in studio segments
  • Learn the role of the post production coordinator to backfill as needed
  • Support with food photography
  • Supporting the fashion producers by arranging couriers for stylists for clothing pulls and returns
  • Collecting/dropping off packages from shipping for pulls and returns
  • Detag and retag wardrobe for use during taping
  • Helping to tape shoes for model segments
  • Finding clothing/accessories links for outfits
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of production experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Postsecondary degree in TV production
  • Strong editorial sensibility and research skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Must be able to work on a tight deadline
