RDJ Bakeries Ltd_ is currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing Day Shift team.


Job purpose
HR Business Partner supports the effective implementation of human resource policies and various employee-related matters. The main purpose of this job is to be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management.


Duties and Responsibilities
The associate's primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Communicate with employees, departmental supervisors, and management on HR related inquiries.
  • Assist supervisors and managers in the performance review processes.
  • Assist and handle employee complaints and incidents, including conflict resolution, accidents, health and safety concerns, work refusals, and investigations.
  • Conduct effective and objective investigations.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with respective departments as and when required to analyze the workplace environment.
  • Consult with the management team, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in coordination with the HR Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Promote a positive company culture by facilitating twoway feedback and communication between employees and management.
  • Actively identifies gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Conduct and facilitate disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events (e.g., Town Hall meeting, Best Employee of the Quarter, Quarterly Event, etc.)
  • Coordinate the activities of HR Representatives for the purpose of ensuring all appropriate deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed.
  • Responsible for training of associates on processes.
  • Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success.
  • Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company Procedures.
  • Approve the vacation requests.
  • Issue disciplinary action when needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
  • Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
  • Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Good understanding knowledge of human resources principles, best practices and applicable HR legislation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Working conditions:


  • Always work indoors.
  • Usually the first point for the employees.
  • Flexible schedules.
  • Straight shift work.

Shift
Monday to Friday

8AM - 4:30PM

Overtime, On Call and Weekends as Needed
