As a Junior Parts Consultant & Warranty Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our vibrant automotive parts department, where innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.

This role offers a fantastic blend of hands-on experience, problem-solving challenges, and the chance to learn from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
Manage Factory Depot Claims and also assist in the return of new part returns
Assist customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing the right automotive parts, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Collaborate closely with the parts team to maintain optimal inventory levels, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilize cuttingedge software systems to track parts inventory, process orders, and generate insightful reports to support decisionmaking.
