Some qualities we may look for include (but are not limited to):

Able to stand for specific periods of time (4-8 hours at a time)
Able to work well under pressure
Able to multitask
Willingness to learn
Food handlers certificate considered an asset but not necessary
Previous leadership experience considered an asset but not necessary

Access to a vehicle is an asset as we are looking for 6-7am start times

Hourly rate: 16.35 to 18.35 depending on experience

Tasks/duties related to the position:

Opening/closing the restaurant (with proper training prior)
Paying close attention to detail in the restaurant
Providing feedback on employee performance & assisting with staff reviews semiannually
Assisting the General Manager with purchase orders, putting away deliveries, managing a team of 515 employees on a regular basis on the job, food safety standards and operational standards, etc
Overall cleanliness in the restaurant and being comfortable to delegate tasks to employees, as well as lead by example in these times

All guests/staff are required to wear a mask at all times. Pexi-glass stands have been placed on the counter for safe distancing purposes. Hand-sanitizer is easily accessible for everyone and extra sanitizing duties are in place to ensure effectiveness.
