Some qualities we may look for include (but are not limited to):

  • Able to stand for specific periods of time (4-8 hours at a time)
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Able to multitask
  • Willingness to learn
  • Food handlers certificate considered an asset but not necessary
  • Previous leadership experience considered an asset but not necessary

Access to a vehicle is an asset as we are looking for 6-7am start times

Hourly rate: 16.35 to 18.35 depending on experience


Tasks/duties related to the position:


  • Opening/closing the restaurant (with proper training prior)
  • Paying close attention to detail in the restaurant
  • Providing feedback on employee performance & assisting with staff reviews semiannually
  • Assisting the General Manager with purchase orders, putting away deliveries, managing a team of 515 employees on a regular basis on the job, food safety standards and operational standards, etc
  • Overall cleanliness in the restaurant and being comfortable to delegate tasks to employees, as well as lead by example in these times
  • More tasks/duties can and will be discussed upon hiring

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time

Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

From $18.35 per hour

All guests/staff are required to wear a mask at all times. Pexi-glass stands have been placed on the counter for safe distancing purposes. Hand-sanitizer is easily accessible for everyone and extra sanitizing duties are in place to ensure effectiveness.


Experience:


  • Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
