What You'll Do


As a member of our administrative team, your primary responsibility will be to work in a team atmosphere, supporting the company by assisting with day-to-day transaction processing, data entry, and administrative support.


  • Work in a team atmosphere to complete tasks within timelines provided.
  • Daily responsibilities include both manual and batch data processing.
  • Internal and external reporting functions and support to our frontline teams
  • Action and respond to incoming client requests based on request type.
  • Work within various proprietary systems.
  • Handle sensitive data according to all privacy and security policies.
  • Continuous improvement to optimize processes will be inherent in your role.
  • Perform various quality assurance checks on processes.
  • Attend daily team huddles and weekly oneonone touch bases with your manager.
  • All other duties assigned.
What will you require?

  • Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable in Word/Excel/Office Suite.
  • Natural ability to remain flexible and agile in a fastpaced work. environment.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to thrive within a team atmosphere as well as selfmotivate and work independently.
  • Experience working in banking systems is an asset.
  • Ability to handle incoming document & data processing.
  • 12 year(s) administrative assistant experience (preferred).
  • 1 year receptionist experience (preferred).
