The Client Support Manager is a key support function within the TELUS Health Global Customer Relationship Management team responsible for supporting the relationship growth of strategic enterprise accounts.
This position provides support managing complex, strategic business relationships and assisting our client executives in growing and deepening new and existing client relationships.

- Partners with the client executive team to meet our clients needs; liaising between various product, operational, and sales teams to support client projects and initiatives
- Collaborates with client executives to support strategic client meetings, client quarterly business reviews and finalist meetings
- Coordinates complex contract, audit and compliance support to assist in maintaining timely and coordinated client agreements across multiple lines of business
- Oversees annual contract processes, including inflationary increases, key renewals, etc.
- Collaborates with client executives to ensure clients receive customized invitations to key events and receive meaningful updates on market insights and product offerings
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement, for the benefit of client experience and sales effectiveness
- Supports client executive with client projects; helps to establish and maintain project plans in cooperation with client management, key stakeholders, and senior leaders; monitor key milestones and escalates risk
- From time to time, assists with special projects requested by strategic client executives, director of client operations and the overall CRM team
- 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales operation, account management and/or client service position is required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience would be considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, additional experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Excellent communications skills to effectively communicate project status, issues and risks and resolve problems that impact project success
- Navigating internal resources to create solutions, address challenges and remove barriers
- Ability to manage change and to work in a fastpaced environment
