What will you do?

  • Lead a team of Property Adjusters with a focus on a high level of claims service.
  • Create individualized performance metrics within 15Five to drive results based on each individual adjusters' level of development.
  • Adapt performance objectives to changing business needs and focus.
  • Review Productivity Metrics with adjusters on a weekly basis
  • Work with individual adjusters to establish individual development plans and objectives.
  • Work with other departments to arrange job shadowing opportunities.
  • Spot check files to ensure that SOP's and Best Practices are followed.
  • Administrate the frontline response to Claim Catastrophe within their region or team.
  • Provide reporting on claims activities during the CAT.
  • Provide frontline support and manage communications in and out of the team as well as key stakeholders within Gore.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or other relevant studies is required.
  • 6+ years of Claims handling experience with a focus on Property
  • 5+ years of Leadership experience with a performance focused environment
  • 2 years of Field Claim experience
  • 3 years of experience in Restoration Operations or Project Management
  • Certifications and/or designations: CIP, CRM, CET or other Specialty Insurance Certificate

Please note:
this role operates in a hybrid work model, with attendance required every Thursday in our Cambridge office.
