Responsibilities:

Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and any other common areas as required
Clean vacant suites and other suite touchups as required
Interior and exterior garbage pickup as required
Empty garbage/ recycling and replace liners.
Clean washrooms and replace supplies as needed.
Clean windows and glass.
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Report any damage or repairs needed for the equipment to management.
Fully clean suites after renovations and prior to a movein
Report any concerns to the Manager

Qualifications:
