Be the change in the life of a neighbour.

Do you want to go into business for yourself? Community Support Connections is currently recruiting
Independent Contractors for its Homemaking Program to provide assistance with light housekeeping, laundry and minor meal preparation. Our Homemakers do not provide any personal hygiene care at all... _no client bathing, dressing, lifting or biohazard cleaning whatsoever_. Although many of our Homemakers are former/current PSW's, our Contract Work is categorically easier, safer & much more flexible for applicants who may have other family/parental obligations, another job or even pursuing part-time education.

Our clients include older adults and persons with disabilities, living throughout
Cambridge, Kitchener and North Dumfries.

Community Support Connections screens Homemakers through reference and police checks, and then matches them with eligible clients. This position is part-time with flexible hours. Clients pay a per-hour set fee (2 hour booking minimum) for the service, directly to the Homemaker.
