Description:
As a Product Owner for our Assisted Channel Commerce capabilities and journeys, you will own critical projects that will help take our customer journey and system experience to the next level.
We are looking for a talented team member to work closely with squads that are made up of UX/UI Designers, Developers, Architects, Testers, Scrum Masters and Business System Analysts.
By managing and prioritizing a backlog of user stories you will drive the enablement of simplified sales experiences for our sales reps and customers.
You'll be required to regularly refine and adjust your delivery plans to reflect detailed scope, effort, and priority, as it becomes available from project teams, strategy managers and business architecture teams.
As the product owner on the team), you will also be responsible for representing the best-in-class experience for assisted sales channels for our platform users, which supports sales transactions across all brands, segments and multiple value propositions in the organization.You'll also be a key advocate as our platforms go through digitization and convergence evolution across multiple enablement teams in both short and long term horizons.
Here's howAs an experience owner, you will:
- Report and present the sprint delivery outcomes, and facilitate demos highlighting the business benefits of sprint work
- Develop an indepth understanding of the various products offered, and deliver experiences that support the sales team on achieving business objectives
- Work daily with diverse groups of stakeholders, and empower crossfunctional partners and vendor partners
As a problem solver on the team, you will:
- Use your strong problem identification skills and outstanding ability to use analytics to distill insights that allow you to make thoughtful, strategic recommendations
- Solve complex challenges with a team of passionate business owners, rolling up your sleeves to develop and execute creative solutions
- Have freedom to explore your curiosity by probing, asking, and digging in to better understand our customers and business partners
As a delivery lead, you will:
- Define a 90-day product roadmap; actively own and be responsible for the product backlog and prioritize based on feedback and value:
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of user stories
- Drive customer value and help reduce customer and sales rep effort
- Regularly refine and adjust your backlogs to reflect accurate scope, effort and priority as it becomes available from stakeholders
- Balance expectations and remove business and roadmap impediments
- Aid in the preparation and delivery of platform demonstrations, and effectively handle technical questions from stakeholders
- Accountable for highquality project deliverables, including defining and enforcing quality, accessibility, and compliance standards for optimal results
Qualifications:
Great-to-haves
- Experience in marketing, project management, and/or digital experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, lead and influence virtual teams
Required Professional Designation/Certification
- Postsecondary education in Business Management and Marketing
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile methodology, or other project management methodologies
